If you are unsatisfied with any item purchase for any reason, send it back to us with your original invoice within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item (excluding shipping charges).
One Year Warranty on Equipment
We will gladly replace or repair any equipment that is defective, within one year of purchase.

Choose from a range of shipping options to meet your delivery needs. Packages are delivered by UPS Monday – Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
When stored in a refrigerator and used within 3 months of purchase, our Wyeast smack packs will show inflation within 5 days of activation, or we will replace them free of charge. We strongly recommend that you evaluate the viability of all other liquid yeast (e.g., White Labs) by making a yeast starter. Do not brew with inactive yeast — we can replace the yeast, but not a batch that fails to ferment properly.
We guarantee all ingredients for 3 months from date of purchase. If you suspect a problem with any ingredients, contact us immediately – do not brew. Proper use and procedure is the responsibility of the customer.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Paypal is also accepted. Sorry, no CODs, Personal Checks, or Money Orders. Company purchase orders must be prepaid.
Any product may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges).
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, Master Vintner will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please contact us if your defective merchandise is less than $10.00 in value; returning the merchandise may not be necessary.
