White Labs WLP715 Champagne Yeast

    Classic yeast, used to produce champagne, cider, dry meads, dry wines, or to fully attenuate barley wines/ strong ales. Clean and neutral. Not recommended for Soda Making. Use dry champagne yeast instead.

    Ideal Temperature Range (°F): 70-75°F | Attenuation (%): >75% | Flocculation: Low | Alcohol Tolerance (%) 17%

    *We strongly recommend ordering dry yeast in the summer months. We do include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeasts, but it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will survive the trip given transit times and particularly hot temperatures.*
