The Cabernet Red yeast is a moderate fermenting yeast that results in a full-bodied flavor profile. The ester production will complement the flavors found in Merlot, Chianti, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.

Ideal Temperature Range (°F): 60-90°F | Attenuation (%): >80% | Flocculation: Low | Alcohol Tolerance (%): 16%

*We strongly recommend ordering dry yeast in the summer months. We do include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeasts, but it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will survive the trip given transit times and particularly hot temperatures.*
